A concise guide to resetting your password that helps you securely regain access by starting the reset flow, confirming your identity, and setting a new password.
User the <Forgot Password> feature to have Pointservices send you a password reset email message.

In the username field enter your username (which is most often the same as your email address) If you do not know your username please send an email message to support@pitchpointsolutions.com and ask for assistance.

When you click <Submit> an email will be sent to your email address.

Check your email inbox and open the Password Reset Request message. Clcik on the link and it will take you to our reset webpage.

Enter your username and your new password and press <SUBMIT>. You have now setup your password.
